Abbas Ghoussein is an Executive Chef with more than 20 years of professional kitchen experience.
His culinary journey has taken him through Lebanon, Dubai, Romania, France and Germany.
He arrived in Germany in 2021.
Today, he brings all these experiences together in his own brand: The Taste Lab.
He does not follow one specific cuisine. He loves to experiment, combine different culinary influences and create new dishes.
Every burger, fries creation and homemade sauce is created with his own ideas and recipes.
The Taste Lab is his space to create freely.
